摘要
采用MBR工艺对煤制油废水进行深度处理中试,并对装置进出水水质进行了全面分析。结果表明,MBR装置运行平稳,原水中绝大多数稠环烷烃、稠环芳烃等有机物均得到有效去除,出水水质可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,且其出水满足直接进入反渗透装置的水质标准。对于煤制油废水,采用MBR+RO工艺实现脱盐回用可行。
MBR process has been used in a pilot test on the advanced treatment of coal liquefaction wastewater,and an overall analysis on the water quality of the influent and effluent accomplished. The results show that MBR runs stably,and an overwhelming number of organic substances,such as polycyclic naphthenes and aromatics in raw water are removed effectively. The effluent water quality can reach the First Level Criterion specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002). In addition,its effluent reaches the water quality standard for directly going into RO device. MBR+RO process is feasible for realizing the desalination and reuse of coal liquefaction wastewater.
