炮眼暂堵室内实验研究

摘要
暂堵分层与转向压裂技术在非常规储层改造中起到非常重要的作用,其工艺为通过投入暂堵球与其他暂堵材料封堵射孔孔眼,强制压开低渗层段实现纵向改造。但是对炮眼暂堵形态与规律的认识远远不足。选用最大封堵压力和暂堵剂用量作为评价参数,开展了炮眼暂堵室内实验。实验结果表明,小于炮眼直径的暂堵球无法封堵炮眼;通过对暂堵材料配方的优选,明确了暂堵过程规律为暂堵球坐封炮眼,小颗粒有助于架桥,纤维聚集形成承压封堵;排量越大,越快形成暂堵,用量越少;暂堵球坐封炮眼后承压可达30 MPa以上。该研究结果对理解炮眼暂堵规律具有指导意义。
        The temporary plugging and diverting plays a very important role in the unconventional reservoir stimulation.The low permeability section could be stimulated by forcing biodegradable temporary plugging balls and other temporary plugging materials to block other perforation holes,achieving longitudinal stimulation. But the understanding of the plugging morphology and law is far from enough. Taking the maximum plugging pressure and temporary plugging amount as evaluation parameters,the experiment of temporary plugging was carried out.The experimental results show that the temporarily plugging balls with diameter smaller than the perforations cannot block the hole. Through optimizing the formulation of temporary plugging materials,it is known that the temporary plugging process is that ball seals the hole,the small particles help to bridge and the fiber gathers to form a pressure plugging. The larger the pump rate,the faster the formation of the temporary plug,the less the pumping material amount. Positive breakthrough pressure after plugging is ≥30 MPa. The results of this study have practical significance in understanding the law of temporary plugging.
