摘要
塔里木盆地库车山前井具有埋藏深、地层压力高、温度高、孔隙度低、基质渗透率低但发育天然裂缝、储层厚度大、纵向非均质性强等特点,储层必须经过改造才能获得高产。为了提高储层纵向改造均匀程度和改造效果,暂堵转向成为改造首选技术。缝内转向压裂技术是在水力压裂过程中加入暂堵剂,在主裂缝通道内暂时形成桥堵。在近井,需要转向以均匀改造所有射孔簇;在远井,需克服闭合应力在人工裂缝内转向产生更多分支缝。目前大部分为单一纤维暂堵剂,根据对比分析,优选复合暂堵剂在压裂改造中作为暂堵转向材料,并通过室内试验获取改造不同裂缝所需的最优纤维长度和最佳暂堵球粒径组合以及最佳浓度,与压裂工艺相结合,获得了较好的应用效果。
Shanqian reservoir in Kuche,Tarim Basin is deep buried with high pressure and temperature as well as low porosity and permeability,while it also features natural fracture,thick reservoir and anisotropic longitudinally,which indicates that the high output of the reservoir is obtained by modification of composite temporary plugging. Fracture shift technology is used to form bridge plugging in main fracture by adding temporary plugging agent during hydraulic fracturing. Diverting is used nearby the wellbore to modify evenly all the perforating clusters. Close stress is overcome to form more branch fractures far from the wellbore. Composite temporary plugging agent is selected to replace single fiber plugging agent in fracturing modification. The optimal length of fiber and ball particle size combination and concentration for different fractures are obtained by indoor experiments and have received good results in fracturing practices.
