约束条件对乳化炸药爆速影响的实验研究

摘要
为研究不同约束条件对乳化炸药爆炸性能的影响,采用测时仪法测定不同装药直径下牛皮纸装药和PVC管装药的乳化炸药爆速。结果表明,两种约束条件下的临界直径略有不同。其中,牛皮纸装药条件下乳化炸药的临界直径为20 mm左右,而PVC的为18 mm左右。当装药直径达到35 mm时,两种装药条件下的乳化炸药爆速均趋于稳定,乳化炸药形成稳定爆轰。
        In order to study the influence of different constraints on the explosive properties of emulsion explosives, the chronometer method was used to determine the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives for kraft paper charges and PVC pipe charges under different charge diameters. The results show that the critical diameters are slightly different under the two constraints. Among them, the critical diameter of the emulsion explosive under kraft paper charge conditions is about 20 mm,and that of PVC is about 18 mm. When the diameter of the charge is up to 35 mm, the detonation velocity of the explosive tends to be stable, and the emulsion explosive has a stable detonation.
