摘要
某钢铁企业将一级反渗透的浓水通过浓水反渗透处理后,进行回用。该设计采用了先进技术和工艺,运行管理高效,自动化程度高,在充分考虑了预留量的同时兼顾了系统水量平衡和工程投资和运行成本。浓水反渗透系统连续运行4个月,进水压力增加、压差变化不大、产水量降低,整体运行正常。
        A steel plant treats the primary reverse osmosis concentrated water with concentrate water reverse osmosis treatment process for reuse. Adopting advanced technology with high efficiency operation management and high degree of automation, this design takes into account of the system water balance and engineering investment and operating cost while fully considering the reserved quantity. The concentrated water reverse osmosis system has continuously run for 4 months, with the inlet pressure increased, little change in pressure difference, decrease in water generating and overall normal operation.
