响应面法优化南方红豆杉叶总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘要
以南方红豆杉叶为材料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法建立影响因素与响应值之间的数学模型,优化南方红豆杉叶中总黄酮超声辅助提取工艺条件。结果表明,最优提取条件为料液比1∶31(g/mL),提取时间57 min,乙醇浓度66%,超声辅助提取2次,南方红豆杉叶中总黄酮提取量为106.58 mg/g。该提取工艺稳定可行,适用于南方红豆杉叶中黄酮的提取。
        The leaves of Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd.were used as the material to extract total flavonoids,based on single factor experiments,a mathematical model between the influencing factors and the response values was established,extraction condition of total flavonoids with ultrasound-assisted extraction method was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows,the solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 31(g/mL)the extraction time was 57 min,the volume fraction of ethanol was 66 %,the ultrasound-assisted extraction was 2 times,the content of total flavonoids under the conditions was 106.58 mg/g. Therefore the extraction technology of total flavonoids from leaves of Taxus chinensis(Pilger)Rehd.was stable and applicable.
