摘要
选取国内某压水堆核电厂控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)上部Ω密封焊缝为维修对象,针对国际主流的堆焊维修工艺开展工艺探索和性能研究。采用自动TIG焊接设备,制备与核电站CRDM上部Ω密封焊缝材料、结构、约束方式为1∶1的典型试件为研究模型。通过焊接工艺实验,获得了堆焊工艺参数和关键技术要点,走通了堆焊工艺流程;通过密切片式射线照相检验、各区间化学成分分析、宏微观金相检验、物相组成分析等性能实验,完成与国际典型见证件的性能对比,建立了用于全面考验堆焊试件性能的技术方案和检验手段,最终全面掌握了CRDM上部Ω密封焊缝返修堆焊的工艺参数和性能数据,获得了各项性能与国际典型见证件相当的整套工艺。
        Aiming at the upper Ω seal weld of control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)in a nuclear power plant in China, primary investigation and overlaying repair technology have been carried out. Welding experiment is based on the representative test piece of 1:1 material,structure and restriction,and adopts automatic TIG welding machine. The overlaying parameters,key know-how and process flow have been achieved;by thin slice-radiographic examination,chemical analysis,metallographic examination and XRD phase analysis,the performance comparison between test piece and international typical witness piece has been done,the technical project and inspection item for overlaying piece performance examination has been established,the overlaying parameters and performance data of the upper Ω seal weld of CRDM has been obtained,so that a complete set of technology with performances equivalent to international typical witness piece's performances has been achieved.
