摘要
辐照晶体温度传感器可实现对加热过程中最高温度的测量,主要基于中子辐照缺陷随高温恢复的性质,其残余缺陷浓度与经历的最高温度存在对应关系。由于辐照晶体的体积小、测试过程无需引线连接和无需电源供电的优势,其可方便大规模安装在被测物表面。以飞行器外表面热防护层温度测量为例,分别对表面粘贴及埋入式两种安装方式下的被测温度场分布情况进行了仿真分析,得到了隔热瓦及辐照晶体在全历程下温度随时间的变化情况。通过比较二者所经历的最高温可知,表面粘贴式方案比埋入式方案的测量精度更高。研究成果为后续真实飞行试验中的安装及测试提供一定的理论支持。
        Irradiated crystal temperature sensor can be used to measure the highest temperature during heating,which the principle is based on the performance that neutron irradiation defects will recover with heating and there is corresponding relationship between concentrations of residual defects and the highest temperature.Due to its micro size,"no lead"installation during measuring and no power supply,irradiated crystal can be easily and largely installed on the surface of the tested object.Taking the temperature measurement of the thermal protective layer of flight vehicle as an example,the temperature field distribution under two different installation types(pasted on the surface and embedded into object)were respectively simulated and analyzed.The changes of the temperature of the heat insulation tile and the irradiated crystal were obtained.By comparing the highest temperature experienced by the two different installation types,it can be seen that the surface sticking scheme has higher measurement accuracy than the embedded one.The works will provide theoretical support for the installation and measurement in the real flight tests.
