摘要
以鞍钢自主研发的1580 mm热轧生产线AGC控制系统为研究对象,基于对产品质量综合协调控制的理念(厚度控制与板形控制的协调,厚度控制与宽度控制的协调,以及厚度AGC与板形ASC解耦),从AGC系统控制方案、硬件系统、控制程序的设计调试三方面进行改进。改进后,AGC控制精度、带钢板形质量和宽度质量都得到了提高,满足了工艺质量的要求。
        Taking the AGC control system for the 1580 mm hot rolling production line independently developed by Ansteel as the research object, the AGC systems were improved in terms of the control scheme,hardware system and designing and debugging of the control program based on the concept of combined and coordinated control of product quality including the coordinated control between thickness and profile,coordinated control between thickness and width and the decoupling of the AGC for thickness and ASC for profile. The control precision of the AGC system and the quality of profile and width of the hot strip were improved after improvement and thus the requirements asked by the process were met.
