摘要
醌类化合物是一类天然存在的分子内含有不饱和环二酮结构的有机化合物,分为苯醌、萘醌、菲醌、蒽醌四种主要结构类型,其中蒽醌类化合物在自然界中分布广泛,具有抗菌抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化抗衰老、抗炎抗骨质疏松、利尿、止血等药物活性。对蒽醌天然化合物的种类、化学结构、抗肿瘤活性进行综述。
        Quinones are natural organic compounds with unsaturated cyclodione structure. Quinones are classified into four main structural types: quinone, naphthraquinone, phenanthraquinone and anthraquinone. Among them, anthraquinones are widely distributed in nature, with the drug activities of antibacterial and antiviral, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation and anti-aging,anti-inflammatory and anti-osteoporosis, diuretic, hemostatic and so on. The types, chemical structures,antitumor activities of anthraquinone natural compounds are reviewed in this paper.
