摘要
超高功率直流电弧炉因其优越的性能在特钢冶炼中得到了广泛的应用,然而在熔炼过程中,由于整流器触发角不完全对称、电弧不稳定等因素,造成直流电弧炉的谐波频谱比交流电弧炉更为复杂,再加上补偿容量及场地等客观条件的限制,使得直流电弧炉的谐波治理难度较高。通常对特定次数谐波进行治理的同时伴随着其他谐波的放大,甚至可能诱发滤波器与系统的并联谐振,从而影响系统的安全稳定运行。提出了基于阻尼优化的治理技术,解决了以上问题,在有效吸收特定谐波的同时,成功抑制了其他谐波的放大倍数,并在PSCAD中搭建仿真模型,通过Multiple-Run模块进行了参数寻优,并将最终结果用于实际工程,仿真结果及滤波装置投运后的实测数据都证明所提方法的正确性和有效性。
        The ultra-high power DC electric arc furnace is wildly used in special steel industry owing to it's superior performance. The harmonic frequency spectrum of DC electric arc furnace is more complex than that of the AC electric arc furnace because of the imbalance of the rectifier's triggering angle and the unstable arc during the smelting period. The restriction of the the filter's capacity and the site layout should be take into account. For the above reasons, The harmonics elimination for the DC electric arc furnace is more difficult than that of the AC electric arc furnance. If the special harmonic were eliminated, the other harmonic would be ampilified generally. More seriously, this meathod would induce resonance between the filters and the power system, Which would impact the stability of the system. The efficiency solution is provided by the technology based on optimization of resistance damping. The special harmonics are eliminated efficiently and the amplification factor of other harmonics is controlled successfully according to the solution. Simulation system is set up in the PSCAD environment. The optimization scheme is acquired by Multiple-Run module and is applied in practical project. The simulation result and the practical test data prove the solution is correctly and effectively.
