摘要
针对带式烧结机台车的塌腰现象,以430 m~2带式烧结机为例,对烧结机台车塌腰的原因进行了研究。基于fluent软件对烧结矿烧结过程进行模拟,联合workbench中的热分析和结构分析模块进行流固热耦合,得到可靠的台车温度场分布及压力分布。分析台车在单纯的机械载荷和温度载荷作用下的变形及应力分布;针对台车所用材料QT500建立蠕变模型,对台车进行蠕变分析。结果表明,台车在单纯机械载荷和温度载荷作用下产生的变形在弹性变形范围内,是可逆的;台车塌腰现象主要与台车材料的蠕变相关,在蠕变分析中,台车产生了13mm左右的下挠变形。针对台车塌腰现象,设计了拱形台车,仿真结果表明,拱形台车可以降低55.6%的下挠变形,为延长台车寿命提供了理论基础。
        In view of the pallet downward bowing phenomenon,and taking the 430 m~2 straight line sinter machine for an example,the causes of pallet downward bowing for the sinter machine were studied. The sintering process was simulated based on the fluent software,and in combination with the thermal analysis and structural analysis modules in workbench,the fluid-solidheat coupling was conducted,and the reliable pallet temperature field distribution and pressure distribution were obtained. The deformation and stress distribution of pallet under pure mechanical load and temperature load were analyzed; In view of the QT500 materials used for the pallet,the creep model was established for creep analysis of the pallet. The results show that,the deformation of pallet under pure mechanical load and temperature load action,within the elastic deformation range,is reversible.The pallet downward bowing phenomenon is related to the creeping deformation of pallet materials,in the creep analysis,the pallet produces about 13 mm downward deformation. In view of the pallet downward bowing phenomenon,the arched pallet was designed,and the simulation results show that,the arched pallet can reduce downward deformation by 55. 6%,which provides theoretical basis for prolonging the pallet life.
