RH精炼用无铬刚玉-尖晶石砖侵蚀机理研究

摘要
以电熔白刚玉、烧结刚玉、电熔镁铝尖晶石、金属铝粉、硅粉为原料,制备金属复合刚玉-尖晶石不烧砖,并在RH精炼炉下部槽中进行现场试用。结果表明,用后残砖由外向内可依次划分为侵蚀层、增强相层和原砖层。经分析表明,侵蚀层厚约1cm,Fe以FeO和Fe_2O_3两种形式存在,其中FeO与Al_2O_3反应生成了铁铝尖晶石固溶体(Al_(15.44)Fe_(6.16)Mg_(2.32)O_(32));增强相层形成了粒径约2um的尖晶石结构的Mg-Al-O-N固溶体及片状21R-AlN多型体(SiAl_6O_2N_6)增强相,并对其形成机理进行研究。
