摘要
以配煤系统自动化研究与应用为重点进行阐述,提出了震动型给煤设备无法进行连锁停车问题,自动化配煤系统运行不稳定问题等自动化配煤系统在使用过程中遇到的问题,深入地分析了建立备煤系统的远程控制设备等该系统应用实施策略,目的在于通过对自动化配煤系统的整体完善,提升相关工作的效率与质量,为后续研究提供一定的数据参考。
This paper focuses on the automation research and application of coal blending system, and proposes the problems that the coal-fired system can not be chained and the automatic coal blending system is unstable, paper in-depth analyses the application strategies of establishment the system of the remote control equipment of the coal preparation system and others, the purpose is to improve the efficiency and quality of related work through the overall improvement of the automatic coal blending system, because the follow-up research provides a certain data reference.
