摘要
外窗是居住建筑中"能耗大户",是节能改造的重点部位,由于影响改造效果的因素具有不确定性,将灰色系统理论应用于节能改造方案的比选。首先设计外窗节能改造方案的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重;然后建立灰色系统评价模型,将可供选择的外窗节能改造方案各指标值作为比较数列,理想方案的指标值作为参考数列,计算各个备选方案的加权关联度,比较各个备选方案与理想方案的相似度以确定各个方案的优劣;最后,通过该模型案例应用,说明灰色系统评价法的可操作性与有效性。
        The outside window,which is of high energy consumption of residential buildings,is the key part for energy saving. Because the factors that influence the effect of the reconstruction is uncertain,this paper applied gray system theory in energy saving retrofit scheme. First of all,evaluation index system for scheme of the energy-saving windows was desiqned,which used analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index. Then gray system evaluation model was established,with each index of the outside window energy saving reconstruction options as compared sequence and the ideal scheme index value as reference sequence. Weighted incidence degree of the various alternatives was caculated,and the degree of similarity between alternatives and the optimal solution of each was compared to determine the advantages and disadvantages of various options. Finally,the practicality and effectiveness of gray system evaluation method was demonstrated through the application of the model in the case.
