摘要

文章选取世界银行发布的物流绩效指数(LPI),对中国与中亚五国的物流绩效做出对比分析。研究发现,中亚五国与中国物流绩效水平相比差距比较大,中国在物流准时性和物流基础设施方面比较好,在海关效率方面比较落后,中亚五国在国际货运能力和物流准时性方面比较好,在物流基础设施和海关效率方面比较落后。最后对提升中国与中亚五国的物流绩效水平提出相应的建议。
        This paper selects the logistics performance index(LPI) released by the World Bank to compare the logistics performance index and its sub-indicators between China and the five Central Asian countries. The study found that the gap between the five Central Asian countries and China's logistics performance level is relatively large. China is better at timeliness and infrastructure, but it lags behind in customs efficiency. The five Central Asian countries are relatively well developed in terms of international shipments and timeliness, but they lag behind in terms of infrastructure and customs. Finally, it puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving the logistics performance level of China and five Central Asian countries.
