摘要

临床医学课程的特点为逻辑性强、知识抽象、学科广泛。如何合理有效地评价其综合能力,促进学生能力的培养尤为关键。目前我国医学院校对临床医学专业学生的评价方式大多数采用终结性评价,此种评价系统的科学性已经无法适应当下以能力培养为目的的医学教学模式,更不能够全面、客观地反映出每个学生不同的专业学习水平。文章探讨了形成性评价体系在临床医学教学中的特点以及形成性评价在临床医学教学中的应用及推广。
        Clinical medicine courses are characterized by better logicality,abstract knowledge and a wide range of disciplines. How to reasonably and effectively evaluate its comprehensive ability, and promote the cultivation of students' ability is particularly important. At present, the summative assessment is mostly adopted in the evaluation methods of clinical medicine students in Chinese medical colleges. But the scientific nature of this evaluation system has been unable to adapt to the current medical teaching model for the purpose of capacity development. Moreover, it is not able to reflect each student's different professional learning level comprehensively and objectively. This paper discusses the characteristics and formative assessment system in clinical medicine teaching and the application and promotion of formative assessment in clinical medicine teaching.
