摘要

科技创新是实现国家综合国力可持续发展的重要保证。高校是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,充分发挥和拓展高校综合优势,实现科技成果转化,能有效推动和促进国家科技进步和经济发展。文章分析了高校科技成果产业化的现状,提出在国家推进"供给侧改革"新形势下,高校要转变理念,从成果培育机制、考评体系、利益共享机制、平台建设诸方面入手,促进科技成果产业化。
        Scientific and technological innovation is the main driving force for a country's economic development.Colleges and universities are the main force of the national scientific and technological innovation system.Fully expanding the advantages of colleges in technology and personnel training as well as realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements can effectively promote national scientific and technological progress and economic development.This paper analyzed the present situation of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in colleges.Also,the paper put forward that colleges should change their ideas,begin with respects such as the mechanism of achievement cultivation,evaluation system,benefit sharing,platform construction,thus promoting the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements under the new situation of supply-side reforms.
