摘要
细胞分裂周期蛋白14 (Cdc14)属于高度保守的丝、苏氨酸双特异性磷酸酶家族,能够下调周期素依赖性激酶(CDK)的活性,是重要的细胞周期调节蛋白,在真核生物细胞中广泛表达。Cdc14在不同的真核细胞中生物学功能相差甚远。在出芽酵母细胞中,Cdc14通过逆转CDK的活性,进而调节出芽酵母细胞有丝分裂退出网络;在裂殖酵母细胞中,Cdc14的同源物多聚腺苷酸因子Clp1对于裂殖酵母细胞有丝分裂的退出无明显影响;在人类细胞中,Cdc14的同源物人类Cdc14A (hCdc14A)可使CDK失活,控制有丝分裂的时间。基于国内外对Cdc14的研究成果,现针对Cdc14在出芽酵母细胞、非洲裂殖酵母细胞、秀丽隐杆线虫细胞、非洲爪蟾细胞、鸟类细胞、小鼠卵母细胞和人类细胞7种不同真核生物细胞中的分型、定位及其生物学功能等进行综述,为Cdc14的研究提供参考。
