摘要

宣纸是传统手工造纸,主要产地位于安徽省泾县,是地理标志产品,以泾县境内及周边地区的青檀皮和沙田稻草及泾县独有的山泉水为原料。这种区域性生产模式,使我们必须对"宣纸发展与区域资源环境协调性"问题加以探究。本文首先对宣纸原料的资源友好利用作了探讨,提出了宣纸原料资源存在的问题及发展对策。然后对宣纸生产过程中产生的废液,如檀皮蒸煮过程产生的浓黑液和檀皮洗涤后产生的稀黑液及制浆漂白废水处理问题加以研究,分别提出了治污技术方案,为宣纸与区域资源环境友好型发展做出指引。
        Xuan paper is a traditional handmade paper, the main producing area is Jingxian county in Anhui province. It is the product of geographical indication. It is raw materials include Pteroceltis tatarinowii Maxim, Shatin straw and water in Jingxian county and its surrounding areas. Because this regional production mode, we have to explore the problems on the coordination of Xuan paper development and regional resources and environment. In this paper was firstly made a discussion on the friendly use of Xuan paper raw material resource, then put forward the existing problems and countermeasures of paper raw material resources. In the second part of this article was studied the waste liquid treatment in the production of Xuan paper, for example, high concentration black liquor produced in cooking process of Pteroceltis tatarinowii Maxim and low concentration black liquor produced in washing and the treatment of pulping bleaching wastewater. put forward the technology scheme, which will make a guidance for the paper and the regional resources and environment friendly development.
