新型硬脂酸钙分散液工业应用效果的研究

摘要
本文将新型硬脂酸钙分散液应用于溴化丁基橡胶的工业生产,确定其对硬脂酸钙收率、稳定性、硫化性能等的影响。结果表明,采用新型硬脂酸钙分散液后硬脂酸钙的收率由50.3%提高至97.3%,而且其收率的稳定性也得到明显改善。并且将新型硬脂酸钙分散液应用后,溴化丁基橡胶的硫化性能稳定。
        A new type of calcium stearate dispersion is applied in the industrial production of brominated butyl rubber(BIIR), and its effect on the yield of calcium stearate, stability and vulcanization characteristics were confirmed. The results showed that the yield of calcium stearate increased from 50.3 % to 97.3 %after applying the new calcium stearate dispersion, and the stability of the yield were also improved. Besides that, the vulcanization property of BIIR is stabilized after applying the new calcium stearate dispersion.
