摘要
我国高等职业教育目标是培养具有创新型技能人才,为此,必须不断通过人才培养模式、课程教育教学方式的改革创新。本文通过对广东南华工商职业学院艺术设计团队教学改革实证分析,阐述了"一园一室"三级递进人才培养模式教学实践活动。希望藉此对高等职业院校实施教育教学改革提供借鉴,以提升创新型技能人才培养的质量和效率。
        The goal of China's higher vocational education is to train innovative and skilled personnel.To this end,we must continue to adopt reforms and innovations in the personnel training model and curriculum education and teaching methods. This article analyzes the teaching reform of the art design team of Guangdong Nanhua Business Vocational College and explains the teaching practice of the "one park and one room"three levels of progressive talent training mode. We hope to use this to provide reference for the implementation of education and teaching reforms in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of innovative and skilled personnel training.
