摘要

在中国省际层面,公共图书馆资源在机构数、规模(图书馆平均从业人员)、基础设施(每万人占有公共图书馆建筑面积)、馆藏总量以及人均馆藏量、财政拨款以及人均购书费、流通总量与人均接受图书馆服务次数等方面存在较大差异。研究发现上海是公共图书馆资源极为充足的地区,而西藏是该资源极为匮乏的地区。资源分布的区域差异使得公共图书馆的利用方面存在很大不同,比如上海人均接受公共图书馆服务的次数比西藏要高出26倍以上。
        The resources of public libraries had differences in the number of institutions, the scale( average library employees), infrastructure( public library building area per ten thousand people), total collection and per capita collection size, financial appropriation and per capita purchasing costs, total people circulation and the times of per capita gaining library services in the provincial region in China. The study fi nds that Shanghai had abundant resources for public libraries, while Tibet is a region with an extremely scarce resource of public libraries. This takes the difference of usage about public libraries indifference region, such as the number of people using public libraries in Shanghai is 26 times more than that in Tibet.
