畸变试样渗碳淬火变形及金相组织研究

摘要
通过对不同冶炼炉次,采用不同预备热处理方法,设计不同厚度的12Cr2Ni4钢锻件的C形畸变试样,进行渗碳淬火工艺过程的变形量试验,并进行渗碳层组织的检验分析。尽管有冶炼炉次、预备热处理方法的影响,但试样厚度由15 mm增加到18 mm,变形量都对应增大12%~13%;预备热处理方法和成分偏析的共同作用,可以使畸变量相差40%以上;而渗碳层的组织差别不大。结论:增加畸变试样的厚度,则畸变量增大;畸变量同渗碳层组织的关联度不大。本试验的结论对于提高渗碳淬火畸变试验的准确性具有重大意义。
        The distortion test during carburizing and quenching was carried out for the distortion specimens produced in different smelting furnaces and pre-heat treatment methods with different thickness and C shape of 12Cr2Ni4 steel forgings,and the microstructure of carburized layer was tested and analyzed. Despite the influence of smelting furnace and pre-heat treatment,while the thickness of specimen increased from 15 mm to 18 mm,the distortion increased correspondingly by 12% ~ 13%. The difference of distortion could more than 40% due to the combined effect of the pre-heat treatment method and the composition segregation and the structure of the carburized layer had little difference. The conclusion is that with increasing thickness of the distortion specimen,the amount of distortion increases,but little effect on the microstructure of the carburized layer. The conclusion has the great significance for improving the accuracy of carburizing quenching distortion test.
