摘要
介绍了一种采用预测控制算法进行污水处理溶解氧控制的方法,其基于进出水水质、流量、溶解氧含量、MLSS(混合液悬浮固体浓度)等测量值建立模型,实时计算溶解氧设定值来控制曝气量,实现按需曝气,克服了传统控制方法存在间歇性、时滞性、复杂性等问题。该方法已应用于某采用A~2/O工艺的污水处理厂,现场运行结果表明,此方案不仅能够稳定维持生物池的溶解氧水平,同时又能达到节能降耗的目的。
It presented a control method for dissolved oxygen by predictive control algorithm. Control modules are set up and the dissolved oxygen value is calculated in real time to control the aeration rate based on the measured values such as water quality, flow rate, DO, MLSS and so on, which overcome the traditional control methods in terms of intermittent, time lag, complexity and other issues. The method was evaluated in a sewage treatment plant with A~2/O process, and the practical results show that it has good control effect,which not only can be stable to maintain the level of dissolved oxygen in the bio-pool, but also be energy saving.
