摘要
强韧封层技术是在巷道支护中采用锚杆外悬挂钢丝绳,形成以钢丝绳为径骨、高度密贴岩面的多层次强韧混凝土喷浆层结构,是既强又韧的关键支护单元;由于在喷层之间加钢丝绳为径骨,强韧封层比混凝土喷层在强度与柔性方面有明显提高;强韧封层既能为巷道提供强大的支护抗力,又允许巷道存在一定的变形,是后续各支护单元的强力保障。
        Strong and toughness sealing technology is to adopt bolt to hang wire rope outside in roadway supporting, forming a multi-layer structure of strong and tough concrete shotcrete layer with steel rope as diameter bone and highly close to rock surface, which is the key supporting unit of both strength and toughness.The strength and flexibility of strong and toughness sealing technology are obviously improved than that of concrete shotcrete layer due to the addition of steel rope as diameter bone between shotcrete layers. Strong and toughness sealing technology can provide strong supporting resistance and allow certain deformation of roadway, it is a strong guarantee for the follow-up supporting units.
