水平井延时启动趾端滑套关键技术研究

摘要
国内外的非常规油气储层开发大都采用泵送桥塞分段压裂技术,但在首段压裂时,需采用连续油管进行射孔作业,以建立井筒和地层的流通通道,增加了作业周期和成本。针对这一问题,开发了一种延时启动趾端滑套,文章概述了工具的结构原理和施工流程,总结出延时启动控制技术和启动压力精准控制技术两项关键技术,并通过对工具结构和工艺上的优化,提出了提高工具入井安全可靠性的方法。延时启动趾端滑套在国内页岩气井进行了应用,有效替代了第一段的射孔作业,实现了页岩气等非常规油气藏开发的降本增效。
        Stage fracturing with bridge plug is a common method to develop unconventional reservoirs at home and abroad. In order to establish the communication channel between the wellbore and the formation,perforation operation shallbe carried out by coiled tubing in the first stage of fracturing,which increases operation time and cost. To solve this problem,a timedelay toe sleeve was developed,its principle and operation are summarized in this paper. The key issues of time-delay control and precision control of activating pressure are summed up. The method of improving safety and reliability of the tool is presented by optimizing the tool structure and operation procedures. The time-delay toe sleeve has been applied in the shale gas wells,which has effectively substituted the perforation operation in the first stage fracturing and achieved the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency during unconventional resource development.
