摘要
灌溉和施肥是农业生产中的至关重要的两个环节,分开实施费时费力,水肥一体化智能灌溉施肥是提高生产效率的重要方法,其核心是研发以控制算法和传感器技术为基础的智能控制系统及操作装置。针对水肥一体化智能控制系统实验室试验台缺乏的问题,设计了一种涡轮流量计信号模拟系统,包括下位机系统硬件电路和上位机应用软件两部分。基于51单片机采用定时器中断和串口通信技术,设计了可模拟不同流量信号的下位机硬件电路,包含单片机模块、用户交互模块、串口通信模块、EEPROM存储模块。使用Visual Studio开发平台采用C#语言进行上位机应用软件设计开发,包括用户界面设计、上位机与下位机串口通信设计。该系统可在实验室条件下为控制算法试验提供模拟流量信号,具有重要应用价值。
        Irrigation and fertilization are two crucial links in agricultural production. It is time-consuming and laborious to implement them separately. Intelligent irrigation and fertilization with water and fertilizer integration is an important method to improve production efficiency. Its core is to develop intelligent control system and operation device based on control algorithm and sensor technology. Aiming at the shortage of laboratory test-bed of water and fertilizer integrated intelligent control system,a signal simulation system of turbine flowmeter is designed,which includes hardware circuit of lower computer system and application software of upper computer. Based on 51 single chip computer,the hardware circuit of lower computer which can simulate different flow signals is designed by using timer interrupt and serial communication technology. It includes single chip computer module,user interaction module,serial communication module and EEPROM storage module. Using Visual Studio development platform and C# language to design and develop upper computer application software,including user interface design,serial communication design between upper computer and lower computer. The system can provide analog flow signal for control algorithm test under laboratory conditions,and has important application value.
