广西民族高校海洋科学专业创新创业人才培养模式的实践与研究

摘要
在建设创新型国家的战略中,大学承担着培养创新型人才的重要任务。如何培养具备实践创新能力的复合型人才是广西民族高校关注的重要课题。该文以广西民族大学为例,从明确人才培养目标、师资队伍建设、课程设置和教学内容改革、教学模式和方法的改革研究、实验室和实习基地建设、创新型人才培养等方面进行了一些实践与研究,并对创新型海洋科学专业人才的培养提出了几点思考和建议。
In the strategy of building an innovative country, universities undertake the important task of cultivating innovative talents. How to cultivate interdisciplinary talents with practical and innovative abilities is an important subject concerned by Guangxi ethnic colleges and universities. Taking Guangxi colleges and universities for nationalities as an example, this paper carried out some practice and research from the aspects of clarifying the objectives of talent cultivation, construction of teaching staff, reform of curriculum setting and teaching content, reform of teaching modes and methods, construction of laboratory and practice bases, and cultivation of innovative talents. Some thoughts and suggestions on the cultivation of innovative marine science talents were also put forward at the end of this paper.
