护理流程图在肺癌微创手术患者围术期的护理应用

摘要

目的研究并分析护理流程图在肺癌微创手术患者围手术期的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2016年8月—2018年5月期间进行肺癌微创手术的80例患者为研究对象,根据患者的实际情况将患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组患者在围手术期采用常规护理,研究组患者则在对照组的基础上应用护理流程图进行护理,对比分析两组患者的并发症发生率、护理满意度以及置管时间和住院时间。结果研究组并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组的27.50%(χ2=4.021,P<0.05),研究组护理满意度95.00%高于对照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.658,P<0.05);研究组置管时间是(3.51±1.25)d少于对照组(5.71±2.71)d(t=11.926,P<0.05);研究组住院时间(7.91±3.14)d少于对照组(11.21±4.52)d,两组差异有统计学意义(t=10.415,P<0.05)。结论对肺癌微创手术围手术期患者应用护理流程图进行护理可显著提高患者的护理满意度,而且可以降低患者的并发症发生率,缩短置管时间以与住院时间,临床效果极为显著,值得进行推广与应用。
        Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of nursing flow chart in perioperative period of patients with minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer were convenient selected and enrolled in our hospital from August 2016 to May 2018. The patients were divided into resoarch group and control group according to the actual situation of the patients. The patients in the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the patients in the resoarch group were treated with the nursing flow chart on the basis of the control group. The complication rate, nursing satisfaction, and catheterization time and hospitalization time were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the resoarch group was 10.00% lower than that in the control group(27.50%),(χ2=4.021, P<0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the resoarch group was 95.00% higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(χ2=8.658, P<0.05), statistically significant; observed catheterization time was(3.51 ± 1.25)d less than the control group(5.71±2.71)d(t=11.926, P<0.05); the hospitalization time(7.91±3.14)d in the resoarch group was less than that in the control group(11.21±4.52)d, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=10.415, P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing flow chart for the perioperative patients with minimally invasive surgery for lung cancer can significantly improve the patient's nursing satisfaction, and can reduce the patient's complication rate, shorten the catheterization time and hospitalization time, and the clinical effect is extremely significant. It is worth promoting and applying.
