水中挥发酚的测定方法比较

摘要
采用4-氨基安替比林法、流动注射法和在线分析法分别测定水中挥发酚,比较了3种方法对水中挥发酚测定的适用性。结果表明,3种方法测定挥发酚的线性关系良好,线性相关系数均在0.999 2以上;3种方法测定有证标准物质和实际水样中挥发酚的加标回收率均满足质控要求;3种方法测定不同水样中挥发酚的结果无显著性差异,其中,4-氨基安替比林直接分光光度法对废水样品中的挥发酚测定更有优势,流动注射法比较适合地表水中的挥发酚测定,而在线分析法仅用于环境污染事故中挥发酚的应急监测。
        We determined volatile phenol in water by 4-aminoantipyrine method,flow injection method,and online analysis method,and compared the applicability of the three methods.The results show that the three methods have good linear relationship with the linear correlation coefficients all above 0.999 2.The recoveries of volatile phenol in certified reference materials and actual water samples meet the requirements of quality control.There are no significant differences for the determination of volatile phenol in water samples by the three methods.Among them,the direct spectrophotometry of 4-aminoantipyrine shows an advantage in the determination of volatile phenol in wastewater samples,the flow injection method is more suitable for the determination of volatile phenol in surface water,while the online analysis method can be used for emergency monitoring of volatile phenol in environmental pollution accidents only.
