摘要
本文介绍了一种脱酯活性黑染料的合成工艺,并分析了各步反应条件的关键点和影响因素。合成的脱酯C.I.活性黑5的强度、上染率、固色率及提升力等应用性能均优于C.I.活性黑5。合成工艺绿色环保。
A synthesis process of de-esterification reactive black dye was introduced in this paper. The key points and influence factors of the synthesis process are analyzed. Its performances of color strength,dye-uptake,fixation rate and lifting power were better than C. I. Reactive Black 5. The synthetic process de-esterification reactive black dye is green environmental protection.
