孤东油田注采结构一体化调整节能示范区实施效果与评价

摘要
针对老油田后续水驱阶段开发单元面临着高含水井比例大、平面注采不均衡、生产参数不合理及地面电动机配套设备能耗高和单元产量自然递减率大等问题,提出了采取限提并举调整单元产液结构、限制无效产液提升有效产液的注采一体化调整,以及配套更新地面拖动设备的优化方案,介绍了孤东四区3—4开发单元注采结构一体化调整节能示范区项目的主要内容、实施情况,并对项目实施效果和综合效益作了分析评价。实践证明,该方案实施后注采比保持在0.9~1.0之间,保证了开发单元平面注采均衡,开发单元年自然递减率下降了13.6%,单元油井系统效率达标率提高了24.7%,百米吨液单耗降低了0.1 k Wh,区域年节电能力达245.34×104k Wh,它的实施对于高孔、高渗油藏注聚单元后续水驱开发调整具有典型示范作用和推广价值。
        Aiming at the old oilfields facing the high water cut,uneven plane injection recovery,the unreasonable production parameters,high energy consumption and unit yield natural decline and other issues,this paper proposed to take limit provided simultaneously adjusting unit producing liquid structure,limit the invalid liquid production enhance the efficient production of liquid injection production integration,and update the matching optimization scheme of the ground dragging equipment.This paper also introduced the solitary Dongsi 3-4 development unit injection mining integration structure adjustment energy-saving demonstration area project of the main content,implementation,and the project implementation effects and comprehensive benefits were evaluated and analyzed.The Practice has proved that the program after the implementation of the injection production ratio is kept between 0.9 to 1,to ensure that the unit is developed for plane injection production balance,unit development in natural decline rate decreased by 13.6%,unit system efficiency of pumping wells compliance rate increased 24.7%,100 meters tons of liquid consumption reduces the 0.1 k Wh,regional Festival electric capacity of 245.34 million k Wh,its implementation for high porosity and high permeability reservoir note poly unit follow-up water flooding development adjustment has typical demonstration and popularization value.
