摘要
A站是大庆油田采油九厂北部油田转输油的总外输口,随着运行时间的延长,受产能建设的陆续投产及老油田油井含水率升高的影响,A站注水系统逐渐出现含油污水供注不平衡、注水井欠注、注水管网损失增大等问题,导致注水系统能耗上升,且带来较大的环保压力。为此,通过采取注水井局部提压、含油污水优化调配等改造措施,有针对性地进行系统调整,降低注水系统能耗,消除因富余污水外排带来的环保隐患,保证了注水井正常生产,实现了注水系统的优化运行。
        A station is the general external outlet of the transmission oil in the north oilfield of No. 9 Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield. With the extension of running time and influenced by successive productivity construction and the increasing oil well water cut of the old oilfield, problems in the water injection system of A Oilfield gradually appear,such as the supply and injection imbalance of oily sewage, insufficient injection of water injection wells and increasing damage of the water injection pipeline network, which lead to increasing energy consumption of water injection system and greater environmental pressure. Therefore, through transformation measures such as local pressure increase of water injection wells and optimal allocation of oily sewage, the system is adjusted specifically, and the energy consumption of water injection system is decreased. By doing so, the hidden environmental hazards due to sewage drainage are eliminated, the normal production of water injection wells is ensured,and the optimization operation of water injection system is realized.
