摘要
针对水成膜泡沫灭火剂中全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)及其衍生物的环境危害,利用三重串联四级杆液质联用仪快速检测泡沫灭火剂中是否存在全氟辛烷磺酸根离子,从检测的角度分析灭火剂用各种PFOS表面活性剂的种类和结构。结果显示:泡沫灭火剂使用氟表面活性剂时一般添加全氟辛烷磺酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、全氟辛烷磺酰胺基丙基氧化胺、全氟辛烷磺酰胺基丙基季铵盐等PFOS衍生物;各种衍生物溶液在负离子模式下都会出现全氟辛烷磺酸根的分子离子峰,可作为是否存在PFOS及其衍生物的快速定性的依据。
        Perfluorooctane Sulfonate(PFOS) and its derivatives are important materials in fire foam extinguishing agent while they are harmful to environment. A novel method based on HPLC-MS/MS for the fast detection of Perfluorooctane Sulfonate ion in fire foam extinguishing agent was set up. In further research, type and structure of PFOS derivatives in extinguishing agent was analyzed. The results showed that Fluorinated Surfactants in foam extinguishing agents are PFOS derivatives such as Betain, Amine Oxide, Quaternary Ammonium and so on. Molecular ion peak of Perfluorooctande Sulfonate can be observed in all derivatives under anion mode which is basis of rapid qualitative detection of PFOS.
