摘要
石油工程项目管理要规范管理、规避风险、提高质效、获得可观的经济利润,就必须实现项目的全过程、全周期、闭环管理。"六大制度体系"通过项目全过程中涉及的六大阶段,查找改进项目运行过程中制度、流程、职责存在的问题点,达到环环相扣,实现项目运行效率和效益的双提升。
Full-process, full-period and closed-loop management must be implemented in the petroleum engineering project to make its management more standard, its risk more avoidable and its quality and effect better. "Six institutional systems"cover six stages of total project process. They are used to locate and improve the trouble spots of system, procedure and responsibility in project operational process so as to be all linked with one another and improve the project operational efficiency and benefit.
