聚有机硅胺强抑制剂LGA-1的室内研究

摘要
选用含不饱和键的羟基硅油、多烯多胺单体、氧乙烯基和氧丙烯基单体等原料合成聚有机硅胺抑制剂LGA-1,对比评价了LGA-1、NH-1和FCC200的抑制性及其对现场浆性能的影响。结果表明:3种抑制剂对膨润土的体积防膨率都超过83.0%,FCC200最高(87.2%),其次是LGA-1(85.2%);高温下LGA-1对膨润土的造浆抑制率最高(85.9%),其次是FCC200(73.2%)。LGA-1,FCC200对现场浆均有降黏和降滤失作用,而NH-1增黏增滤失;3种抑制剂均能提高现场钻井液的钻屑一次滚动回收率和滤液体积防膨率,且钻屑完整性好。LGA-1抗温可达160℃,盐对其性能影响较小。作为一种有机硅表面活性剂,LGA-1具有消泡和抑泡的作用,在现场浆中的起泡率仅为3.7%,有效解决了常规聚胺抑制剂起泡严重的问题。
        The synthesis of strong inhibitor LGA-1 by polyunsaturated hydroxy silicone oil, unsaturated organic amine, oxyethylene group and oxypropylene group, is introduced in this paper. Comparing the inhibitory of LGA-1, NH-1 and FCC200 and their impacts on the field polymer drilling fluid, it shows that three kinds of inhibitor′s volume anti-swelling rates are more than 83.0%, and the volume anti-swelling rates of FCC200 and LGA-1 are respectively 87.2% and 85.2%. At high temperature, LGA-1 has the highest mud yield inhibition rate and the next is FCC200 with a mud yield inhibition of 73.2%. LGA-1 and FCC200 show good performances in viscosity break and reducing fluid loss while NH-1 has the effect of thickening and fluid loss adding. The three kinds of inhibitors can improve cuttings recovery of drilling fluid and volume anti-swelling rate of drilling filtrate, and integrity of recycled drilling cuttings is enhanced with good integrity. LGA-1 is an organic silicon surfactant with temperature resistance of 160 ℃. It has good performance of antifoaming with low foaming ratio of 3.7%, which effectively solves the problem that conventional polyamine foams badly.
