摘要
利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜研究了均匀化温度和时间对高纯6463铝合金微观组织及第二相形貌的影响。结果表明:高纯6463铝合金铸锭的枝晶相由细长棒状Al_9Fe_2Si_2和针状或片状初生Mg_2Si组成,随着均匀化温度的升高和时间的延长,细长棒状Al_9Fe_2Si_2发生球化、分解形成颗粒状Al_(12)Fe_3Si,而针状或片状Mg_2Si则全部回溶入基体。大规格高纯净6463铝合金铸锭较为合理的均匀化温度应570~616℃,均匀时间应≥24 h,可使大多数细长棒状β-AlFeSi发生球化、分解成颗粒状α-AlFeSi。
        The effects of homogenization temperature and time on microstructure and second phase morphology of high purity 6463 aluminum alloy were studied by means of optical microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the dendritic phase of high purity 6463 aluminum alloy ingot is composed of rod-like Al_9Fe_2Si_2 and plate-or needle-like Mg_2Si.With the increase of homogenization temperature and the extension of time,the Al_9Fe_2Si_2 is spheroidized and decomposed to form granular Al_(12)Fe_3Si,while all the plate-or needle-like Mg_2Si are dissolved into the matrix.The reasonable homogenization temperature of large size and high purity 6463 aluminum alloy ingot should be 570-616 ℃,even time should be greater than 24 h,which can make the most of the rod-like β-AlFeSi spheroidise or decompose into granular α-AlFeSi.
