共生理论视域下社区体育发展路径研究

摘要
运用文献资料法等,探讨社区体育共生发展的理论依据、实现的可能性及路径。主要结论:共生理论对社区体育发展具有适用性,有利于解决社区体育发展不平衡、"自组织"弊端、资源与人力不足等问题。建议:加强顶层设计,创建多元的共生组织形式;以"趣缘"为纽带组建人际共同体,促进社区体育的共生发展;启动实验性的社区体育服务综合体,建设社区体育中心工程;利用"互联网+"打造社区体育共生服务平台,完善社区体育共生发展的考核制度;多举措促进资金投入。
This paper explores the theoretical basis, possibility and paths of the symbiotic development of community sports, and provides theoretical and practical basis for promoting the development of community sports through literature reviews and some other research methods. Main conclusions:Symbiosis theory has applicability to the development of community sports, and is conducive to solving the imbalance of community sports development, "self-organization" drawbacks, lack of resources and human resources. It is suggested that the "interpersonal interest community" should be linked as a link to promote the symbiotic development of community sports; the experimental community sports service complex should be launched, and the community sports center project should be constructed;the symbiotic service platform of community sports should be built with the Internet plus, and the assessment system of symbiotic development of community sports should be perfected.
