摘要
本文针对自动云药房系统的进药功能需求设计出了一套轻量级、低成本、高效的全自动进药系统。主要包括硬件系统的选型、搭建,软件控制与算法设计等。系统实现的功能如下:装了药品的箱子置于指定位置,定位出其中某盒药品的三维坐标;然后机械手臂将该药品搬运至条形码扫描区域,获取到药品条形码号作为结果返回给自动云药房系统原有的控制单元;最后将药品放置于指定位置的传送带上。其中药品定位和条形码扫描均通过摄像头拍摄图片,再经过图像处理的方法实现。一直循环上面的操作直至药品全部取完。实验证明,本系统的平均进药速度约为11 s/盒,相比较人工直接扫描进药要慢一点。但是由于可以24 h长期稳定进药,综合进药量比人工操作大,所以可以替代人工进药。但是仍然会存在漏检的情况,漏检率为6%左右,需进一步完善。本文设计的系统不仅满足自动药房系统的全自动进药需求,并且为快递自动分拣等应用场景提供了参考。
        This paper designed a set of lightweight, low cost and efficient automatic injection system for the requirements of the drug delivery function of automatic pharmacy system. It mainly included the selection, construction of the hardware system, software control and algorithm design. The functions of this system were realized as follows. Firstly, the box containing drugs was placed in a designated position, which was located. Then, the mechanical arm moved the drug to the bar code scanning area to obtain the drug bar code number and then returned to the original control unit of the automatic cloud pharmacy system. Finally, the medicine was placed on the conveyor belt at the designated location. Both drug location and bar code scanning were taken by camera and then processed by image. Keep circulating until the medicine was finished. Experiments showed that the average speed of system was about 11 s/box, which was lower than artificial operation. However, due to the 24 h long-term and stable operation, the number of medicine finished was larger than the manual operation, so it could replace artificial operation. However, there was still some leakage detections, the leakage rate was about 6%, which need to be further improved. The system designed in this paper not only meets the demand of automatic pharmacy system, but also provides reference for automatic sorting and other application scenarios.
