污染场地修复环境监理与工程监理合署监理实践

摘要
现阶段我国土地污染情况越来越严重,需要大量修复污染场地。因此,污染修复工作需要有效管理与监督,确保大幅度地提高工程质量。污染场地修复工程涉及的范围较为广泛,污染场地的恢复工程具有较高的专业性与技术性。通过环境监理严格地监管整个污染场地修复工程的流程,能够确保大幅度地提高污染场地修复工程的质量,有效避免发生二次污染等问题。开展环境监理工作的主要依据是环境监理实施要点,环境监理实施要点也是污染场地修复工程环境监理工作需要解决的问题。
at present, because most of the land pollution situation in our country is getting worse and worse, we need to constantly repair the polluted sites, and environmental supervision needs effective management and supervision of pollution remediation work, so as to ensure that the quality of the project is greatly improved.
