倍他乐克、通心络联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

摘要
目的探讨倍他乐克、通心络联合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法采集我院100例2017年4月至2018年6月冠心病心绞痛患者。随机数字表分组,倍他乐克组采纳倍他乐克治疗,倍他乐克+通心络组则采纳倍他乐克加上通心络治疗。比较倍他乐克组、倍他乐克+通心络组疗效;心绞痛消失时间、心功能级别改善1级时间;治疗前后患者心功能症状评级、左室射血分数;不良反应。结果倍他乐克+通心络组疗效、心绞痛消失时间、心功能级别改善1级时间、心功能症状评级、左室射血分数相比较倍他乐克组更好,P<0.05。倍他乐克+通心络组不良反应和倍他乐克组无明显差异,P> 0.05。结论倍他乐克加上通心络治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Betaloc and Tongxinluo in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from April 2017 to June 1818 were enrolled in our hospital. The random number table was grouped, the Betaloc group was treated with Betaloc, and the Betaloc + Tongxinlu group was treated with Betaloc plus Tongxinluo. To compare the efficacy of Betaloc group, Betaloc+ Tongxinluo group; the time of disappearance of angina pectoris and the improvement of cardiac function level 1 time,the score of cardiac function symptoms and left ventricular ejection fraction before and after treatment, adverse reactions.Results The efficacy of the Betaloc + Tongxinluo group, the disappearance time of angina pectoris, the improvement of cardiac function level, the cardiac function symptom score, and the left ventricular ejection fraction were better than the Betaloc group, P< 0.05. There were no significant differences between the Betaloc + Tongxinluo group and the Betaloc group, P> 0.05. Conclusion Betaloc plus Tongxinluo is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
