摘要
针对城市污水处理厂提标改造,为达到出水COD显著降低的要求,采用技术先进、建设费用低、运行费用经济合理、占地面积小且自动化程度高的异相催化氧化工艺,对以印染废水处理为主的城市污水处理厂的二沉池出水进行现场中试,将出水COD_(Cr)从130 mg/L稳定降至60 mg/L以下。在中试的基础上探索和优化该工艺的最佳运行参数,为污水处理厂提标改造提供设计依据。
        Heterogeneous catalytic oxidation process was used in the upgrading and renovation of a WWTP mainly treating printing and dyeing wastewater to significantly reduce COD in the effluent according to the requirement. The process had the advantages of advanced technology, lower construction cost, reasonable operation cost, small occupation, and high automation. During the pilot test of treating the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank with the heterogeneous catalytic oxidation process, the effluent COD_(Cr) concentration steadily reduced from 130 mg/L to 60 mg/L. The optimum operation parameters of the process were explored and adjusted based on results of the pilot test, which provided basis for the design of similar projects in the future.
