摘要
水淹厂房对水电站运行安全危害极大,是水电站安全管理的重要内容。汇总分析了国内外水电站发生的水淹厂房事故的典型案例,将水淹厂房事故划分为自然灾害类、工程本质类和人为因素类3类;并针对自然灾害类事故进行了风险识别,提出了遭遇自然灾害导致水淹厂房事故的主要原因,供水电站进行防水淹厂房隐患排查治理时参考。
        The powerhouse flooding is an important part of the safety management of hydropower station, which is fatal to the operation safety of hydropower station. This paper summarizes the typical cases of powerhouse flooding accidents at home and abroad, and classifies the powerhouse flooding accidents as natural disaster, engineering essence and human factors. Then this paper carries out the risk identification of powerhouse flooding accidents caused by natural disasters, puts forward the main reasons of these addidents, which can be referred by the other hydropower stations.
