摘要
复合保温隔热材料近年来发展迅速,目前已在墙体保温方面得到了大量应用。为了更深入地探究复合保温板的性能及机理,通过对水泥基复合保温板基本单元模型的假设,运用所假设的几种基本单元模型,探讨了保温板的微观机理,结合热力学传导原理,对保温板的隔热性能进行了预测,并将预测结果与保温板实际隔热性能进行对比,以验证理论研究的正确性。
Composite thermal insulation material has been developed rapidly in recent years.and has been used in the wall heat preservation.In order to further explore the performance and mechanism of composite insulation board,by assuming the basic unit model of cement-based composite insulation board,this paper discusses the micro mechanism of heat insulation board with several assumed basic unit models,predicts the thermal insulation performance of the insulation board combined with the principles of thermodynamics conduction,and compares the prediction results with the actual heat insulation performance of the insulation board,so as to verify the correctness of the theory.
