摘要
江西铜业集团公司德兴铜矿大山选矿厂是特大型铜选矿厂,共有9台∮5.5m×8.5 m溢流型球磨机,用于一段磨矿,日处理能力为6.75万t。但近年,球磨机由于设备温度、流量、压力问题,停机次数频繁,影响生产任务完成。通过降低稀有站油温、打通电机散热通道,减少设备温度故障,另外通过更换截止阀、滤芯、流量开关换型,有效解决压力、流量故障。改进后,球磨机停机次数显著减少。
Dashan concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine is a large copper concentrator plant with a total of nine ∮5.5m × 8.5m overflow ball mill for the phase I grinding, with daily processing capacity of 67,500 tons. But in recent years, frequent shutdown of ball mill affects the production, due to equipment temperature, flow, pressure problems. By reducing rare oil temperature, opening up the motor cooling channel, reducing equipment temperature fault, replacing valves, filters and flow switch type, the pressure and flow failures are solved effectively. The shutdown problem of ball mill is significantly reduced after improvement.
