摘要
在毗河供水一期工程开工初期,正置夏季,施工时气候炎热。又因水利工程施工线路较长等特点,混凝土从拌制、运输、浇筑整个过程中水分蒸发较快,坍落度损失很大,导致混凝土泵送困难,影响施工进度和工程质量。为解决这一问题,试验室分别从外加剂,掺和料方面入手调整配合比,在经过几次外加剂与水泥适应性调校不理想之后,最终选择掺粉煤灰作为调整方案,调整结果达到了预想效果。
        Due to the hot summer and long construction line during the early stage of the first phase of the Pihe Water Supply Project, water evaporated fast in whole process of concrete preparation, transportation and casting which resulted high sump loss and difficulty of concrete pumping. Consequently, the construction progress and quality are affected. In order to solve this problem, the laboratory adjusts the mixing ratio from admixture factor, after several times of unsuitable adjustment of admixture and cement, fly ash is finally chosen as the adjustment scheme, and the adjustment results achieve the desired effect.
