摘要
为实现核动力装置事故后压力容器水位监测,设计了基于热扩散式水位探测器的压力容器水位测量系统。该系统由热扩散式水位探测器和信号处理机柜构成。热扩散式水位探测器测量关键点水位,信号处理机柜采集探测器信号,并为探测器提供加热电流,对数据进行处理,判断水位测点情况,显示液位情况并发出报警信号。系统具有测量直观,信号处理简单等特点,能提高核动力装置的安全性和可靠性。
For monitoring the water-level of pressure vessel of nuclear-power device after accident, this paper designs a pressure vessel water-level measurement system based on heat diffusion theory. The system includes the heat diffusion water-level detector and the signal management cabinet. The heat diffusion water-level detector measures the key-point water level. The signal management cabinet collects and manages the detector ' s signal, provides current for the heater of detector, judges the water-level measurement points situation by analyzing data, displays water-level situation and alarms for the operators. The system characters direct measurement and easy signal management, improves the safety and reliability of the nuclear-power device.
