摘要
采用聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液干燥凝胶注模成型的ZrO_2坯体,探讨了不同分子量的PEG溶液对ZrO_2湿坯的干燥速率及干燥后坯体强度的影响。结论表明,坯体采用PEG溶液干燥会在一定程度上影响干燥后生坯强度,但可以防止其变形或开裂,且随着PEG分子量增加,坯体干燥平衡时残余水分降低,收缩率相对增大。使用PEG20000作为液相干燥剂,干燥平衡时坯体失重3.6%,收缩率为2.32%。
        Gelcast ZrO_2 green bodies were dried using PEG solution in this work.The effect of PEG solution with different molecular weight on the drying rate of ZrO_2 body and the strength of green body after drying was investigated.The conclusion shows that the body by using PEG solution after drying will affect the body strength to a certain extent,but it can prevent the deformation or cracking.With the increase of molecular weight of PEG,the residual moisture decreases and shrinkage increases when the body was in dry equilibrium.Using PEG20000 as a liquid desiccant,the body loses 3.6% weight and the shrinkage of the body was 2.32% when it was in dry equilibrium.
