摘要

单向阀是隔膜泵输送物料介质的主要过流部件,在氧化铝生产流程中直接关系到隔膜泵的稳定运行,单向阀刺料会导致隔膜泵运行效率下降,影响正常的物料输送,本文通过故障的实例对单向阀损坏泄漏的几种原因进行了分析。
        Check valve is the main material medium the diaphragm pump flow components, in the alumina production process is directly related to the stable movement of the diaphragm pump, check valve material to cause a decline in the diaphragm pump efficiency, influence the normal material transfer, in this paper, several examples of damage of one-way valve leakage causes of failure were analyzed.
